"The winning recipe for remote work is a huge helping of autonomy, a dash of accountability, a generous helping of flexibility, and a pinch of structure."

I wrote a tactical manifesto on How to Run a Remote Team with a step-by-step guide.

It includes:
- 🕓cadence & Qs for meetings
- 📈structures for accountability
- 🖥ad hoc video calls
- 🔨Tools we use: Slack Harvest Trello Timeular
- ☎️our fav tool from 1876!
- ✅Objectives & Key Results
- 👩‍👩‍👧‍👦In Real Life Matters
- 🧠❤️Mindset as a manager
- and more...

Love this guidance! Adjusting to remote work so abruptly has been tough for me, so seeing it all laid out is reassuring and valuable. My company just did a presentation on remote work, and one big takeaway  I had was to make sure you have a designated workspace. It sounds obvious, but that separation between work and home is so vital.

Thanks for sharing @Melissa Kargiannakis, this is great! From an ops perspective, I love how you laid out the tools you’re using. Didn’t know about Harvest, going to check it out further and possibly recommend it.
