As Ops leaders on a mission to build the "science" side of scaling a sales team, me and my long-time thinking partner Dan Zhang, co-authored this blog: Creating a Curated Lens to share our experience of how to set up Sales Analytics right.

We also put together 3 lenses examples to extract the most easily operationalized insight out of the massive sales data floating nowadays :)

"Data is like garbage. You’d better know what you are going to do with it before you collect it", ESPECIALLY the sales data!
