Hey All,

Looking to deepen by knowledge in my Customer Success Operations. Are there any books or resources you would recommend I check out?

Farm Don’t Hunt: The Definitive Guide to Customer Success is a great resource for understanding the operational structure of a success team. It provides a great framework for reference, highly recommend it!

The author, Guy Nirpaz, is the founder of Totango, a company that makes customer success software. Their software is OK, we tried it for awhile but eventually went with salesforce. But the book itself is full of valuable information.
