Hey All,

Farm Don’t Hunt: The Definitive Guide to Customer Success is a great resource for understanding the operational structure of a success team. It provides a great framework for reference, highly recommend it!
The author, Guy Nirpaz, is the founder of Totango, a company that makes customer success software. Their software is OK, we tried it for awhile but eventually went with salesforce. But the book itself is full of valuable information.
Creativity Inc by Ed Catmull, President of Pixar and Disney Animation, is one of my personal favorites for my service teams. It is focused mostly on creating an incredible culture of innovation and collaboration that I believe translates really well into the world of Customer Success. It’s a really engaging read as it’s told in the context of an organization and stories that we all probably know about and has so many great actionable insights for individual contributors, leaders, and teams as a whole.
