Running into issues w/ SalesIntel- anyone familiar w/ data enrichment tools?

Hey Makers, 

After much research, we decided to go with SalesIntel for data enrichment. I’ve heard that no data enrichment tool is perfect, but we’re running into issue after issue.

So we’re considering switching over. I’m curious if anyone has experience vetting out data enrichment tools, and if so, which would you recommend, and why? 

Also, what is the avg. amount of time it takes your data enrichment tool to send back a list? For example if its 400 leads, does it take 3 days, 1 week, etc?

Over the past 2-3 years, I have used Zoominfo, D&B, and an ed-focused source called MDR Education. (my company sold into K-12 space). They all have their pros and cons. i’d say the biggest learning I had was having our SDRs do spot checks on everything before we uploaded in Salesforce/Outreach. It turned out that MDR made some mistakes on their initial pulls that we caught before uploading. The other thing is finding out how frequently each record is refreshed. Once a year? Once every 90 days? The more frequent the better. And how does the vendor confirm info? By humans calling/doing research? Automated scraping? 

What is your target market? A specific vertical? And do you need to know installed technology? We needed that info and used BuiltWith for that.

Haha all of the above @AlisaG! We are using SalesIntel to enrich Salesforce. 

Mainly I am curious to hear what success you have had with other data enrichment tools, as we are pretty serious about moving to another. But I do not want to run into the same issues with another tool.

Thanks @Briana Okyere and happy to help if I can, @Arnon Lafer! I have not used SalesIntel so can’t speak to that product. What kinds of issues are you running into? Syncing? Mapping? Not so intelligent intel?? And are using it to enrich Salesforce or another platform?
